We all know Bandcamp are running the show for musicians these days offering a beastly store service for indie artists and labels and waiving fees on the first Friday of every month since Covid-19 shut the world down. They aim to continue this to the end of the year and in doing so give us all a great excuse to support local, national, international artists over the world directly in an appreciation for their art and our enjoyment of it. As furlough schemes come to an end and with little to no government support set aside for musicians and events organizers, this is the time for us to show our appreciation. To that end, here are some sweet picks fae the bonny confines of the Glasgow borders for this month to whet yer appetite!

Reggae

Tom Spirals is one of our fav vocalist extraordinaire here and he needs no introduction for reggae heads internationally having toured extensively over the past few years. His bandcamp has been filling up with singles this year and there's a new release today - Stress Makes Me Worry collab with Wicked & Bonny listen below and go support HERE

DNB

Kemal and Rob Data formerly known as Konflict are utter legends in the game laying the foundations of the hard and dark side of DNB and after a long hiatus started uploading rarities, remasters and new material on their bandcamp in 2020, there is so much greatness in here I highly suggest you treat yerselves and click on the purchase discography link. Rave / Breakbeat

Cranking out new slices of quality breakbeat and rave inspired electronica Paul Reset is on a roll with new bits arriving on his bandcamp RAPID! We already featured his recent THE CHOCKY EP recently on the zine, but he's since released Quickshot below and has a full EP of remixes in the works. Listen and go support HERE
